CNC Cutting Table
Machitech Platinum Cut
Equipped with a Hypertherm XPR460 plasma system, a 20 HP drilling unit and bevel cutting capability. Drilling capacity up to 1 1/2 in. diameter, plasma cutting up to 2 in. thick and oxy-fuel cutting up to 6 in. thick. Usable cutting area: 12 × 40 ft.
CNC Guillotine Shear
Shearing capacity up to 1/2 in. thick over a 10 ft. cutting length, depending on the material.
Beam Cambering Machine
700-tonne capacity for cambering structural sections up to W40 × 211, subject to operating conditions.
CNC Press Brake
250-tonne capacity with a 12 ft. bending length. Bending capacity depends on the material, thickness and tooling.
Automated Plate Processing Line
Peddinghaus
Combines high-definition plasma cutting up to 1 in. thick with a 177-tonne punching force.
Pipe Bender
For bending pipe sizes from 1 1/4 in. to 1 1/2 in.
Robotic Plasma Coping System
Voortman V808
Custom cutting and four-sided layout marking of structural I- and H-sections, channels and angles, with bevel cutting capability. Stated maximum section width of 50 in. and section weight up to 500 lb/ft. Equipped with a Hypertherm plasma system, with a stated cutting capacity up to 3 in. thick and True Hole technology.
CNC Beam Drilling and Milling Machine
Voortman V631
Processes H- and I-sections, channels, tees, angles, square HSS and flat bar. Accommodates sections up to 44 in. wide and 500 lb/ft. Performs drilling, milling, tapping, part marking, layout marking, center-point marking, and machining of internal and external contours. Equipped with three spindles and three automatic tool changers. Runs on VACAM with LogicSteel integration.
Angle Punching and Shearing Line — Angle Master
Punches and shears angles up to L6 × 6 × 5/8, with 6 in. legs and a 5/8 in. thickness.
Overhead Cranes
Eleven overhead cranes for handling parts and assemblies throughout the shop: seven 5-tonne cranes, three 10-tonne cranes and one 15-tonne crane.
